Writing
Just two things today, as it's been exhausting.
First, Lillian Cohen-Moore is spotlighting women in the gaming industry over at Geek's Dream Girl, and I (along with my messy desk) are part of the first installment. Go check it out and learn about some of the women who've helped me get where I am today (wherever that is, heh).
Second, Keith Baker is talking dwarves over at Have Dice, Will Travel, and he mentioned the 2012 Scribe Award-nominated The Shard Axe. (Come on - you know I'm going to milk that for all it's worth. For at least a week. Heh.) Go check that one out, too.
Everything Else
Eldest Boy graduated last night, and Max had his scans today. Given the juxtaposition, I can't help wondering about what the future holds for all my boys, but this is what last night had for two of them:

Marsheila (Marcy) Rockwell is an author, engineer, Navy (Seabee) wife and mother of three wonderful sons. She is a Rhysling-nominated poet and a member of the SFWA, IAMTW, and SFPA. She also serves as an editor for Mindflights. Her latest novel is SKEIN OF SHADOWS (2012), a sequel to 2011's THE SHARD AXE, published by Wizards of the Coast. Wizards also published her first novel, LEGACY OF WOLVES, in 2007.
